The truth is, I just woke up one day and decided it's time for a change—a metamorphosis, if you will; or, in layman's terms, if Britney can shave her head, then maybe so can I? Nevertheless, it's been a rather handsome 10 years of talking to you, and thank you for putting up with all my moodswings and terrible dad jokes. Fear not! Oh so this was the day it rained cows and peanuts and the puddles were out to get the socks. Let’s say the socks weren’t very ‘Happy’ by the time I got home at the end of the day, ‘wet carpet’ might’ve been a better term. Looking at these photos of LFW while eating my umpteenth Lindt chocolate ball and wiping my hands on my blue pyjamas feels like fashionweek is now some Disney terminology. So any moment the photos can break out into a song… of mining diamonds, of course, the princess song is saved for the likes of Abbey Lee Kershaw or Alexa Chung.

    It’s amazing how a simple pair of happy socks can make me smile. I know a doctor who only wears happy socks, just for the sake of making people smile. I love them!!

    I love this outfit! It’s so energetic (whether the socks were soggy or not). And if you could make sure to have some annoyingly adorable cartoon critters dance in accompaniment to the spontaneous photo songs, it would absolutely make my day.

    I’m so jealous of the weather you’ve got (even though you talk about the rain). Here in Stockholm it’s still too cold to be wearing “sandals” and way too icy to wear heels (for me anyway). I try to wear colors to lighten everything up but when you’re outside you kind of melt in to the grey and brown. since 90% of the people wear black right now I guess I have to find a happier wintercoat:)

    Ooh love these luminescent colours, Shini. They remind me of a day last summer in the Dominican Republic.. it was raining then, too. I had one of those lightening bolt moments (maybe I did) and I have been drawn to these colours ever since.

    Your shirt reminds me of an ocean floor with the the sun’s rays scanning the floor and all the seaweed and coral on the bottom. Then the shoes reminds me of fish!– with little tongues hanging out lol
