I've moved on...
...to a different domain. Why, what were you thinking? The truth is, I just woke up one day and decided it's time for a changeā€”a metamorphosis, if you will; or, in layman's terms, if Britney can shave her head, then maybe so can I? Nevertheless, it's been a rather handsome 10 years of talking to you, and thank you for putting up with all my moodswings and terrible dad jokes. Fear not! The hormonal imbalance and jokes are more terrible on CUBICLE, see you there.

Clueless; Screencaps courtesy of Leave Me the White

Clueless is the perfect entertainment while finger dancing through mohair and needles, sloshing down gallons of English Breakfast tea despite it’s waay past breakfast (peeing like Seabiscuit). I noticed that despite the movie being filmed in 1995, Cher’s costume is all so timeless. The sheer shirts reminded me of Karl Lagerfeld’s masterful use of sheer in his collections, repeatedly throughout numerous seasons.

I’ve purchased some black silk chiffon from Clothhouse the other day and was wondering what to do with it until I bumped into this. I’ve ordered white silk chiffon as well through ebay (buy here) too for some white sheer ‘pants’. Can’t wait to complain that sewing chiffon is indeed hell in a tanningbooth.

I’ll be adding answers to 4 questions per post from tomorrow onwards so that you won’t have to read through the whole thing at once. They’ll be gradually added onto the Q&A (originally FAQ) page on the right, just CTRL+F to find your name and the question you asked! Thanks again for the brilliant questions, I really love this interactive atmosphere.

  1. What is with the Clueless and 90s movies that’s going around the net recently? This is seriously the fifth post I’ve seen. Nonetheless, I love my Clueless movie. And I think my favorite outfit Cher ever wore was that one during for her driver’s test. But, you’re right, whoever was responsible for costume, was brilliant! Oh, those white shoes with the knee socks she was wearing in class when she ‘accidentally’ dropped her pen for that gay guy who picks it up – fabulous!

  2. haha, I loved Clueless! It was such a good movie =) I wonder what happened to Alicia Silverstone afterwards! She basically like, disappeared. That movie was so amusing. =) And semi-sheer outfits look great, its half mysterious. Makes us feel safe wearing them at the same time as showing it off! haha

  3. I could go for some Clueless right now!

  4. kinda off topic, but is that Paul Rudd ? squeeee <3333

  5. Gosh, I used to love Clueless, to the point where I would try and give all my friends makeovers. Although I still cringe when she puts the moves on the gay guy.

Until now I’ve never actually heard of Cube 2, sounds pretty interesting though.

Guess what? I had someone break into my car this night. They’ve wrecked the car pane in the back. At least nothing has been stolen. I wonder what’s worse though – the fact it was pure vandalism or that things like that keep happening with my car!
