The truth is, I just woke up one day and decided it's time for a change—a metamorphosis, if you will; or, in layman's terms, if Britney can shave her head, then maybe so can I? Nevertheless, it's been a rather handsome 10 years of talking to you, and thank you for putting up with all my moodswings and terrible dad jokes. Fear not! I think it’s high time I show off my muse, Queen Michelle of Kingdom of Style.

I love her because she’s no slave of trends, her DIYs and outfits are pure genius, and if I suck up to her enough maybe she’ll give me the west wing of her castle.

Such a sophisticated understanding of colour, shape and texture, and what a great collection of shoes! Oh, I love a challenger. Such an inspiration.
Arh I want to show you more but I’m aware you’re not on finger marathon, so I’ll stop here. I’m sure most of you are quite intimately familiar with her and her blogging companion Queen Marie anyway.

    God I couldn’t agree more. Although sadly i don’t think I could pull off half of what she can. I think it has something to do with her long femurs…

    Anyway, I can’t wait to see the results of your knitting project. That’s one hobby I’ve been meaning to ‘pick up’ for about a decade. Maybe your DIY will be just the push i need!
