    Ugh, seriously, Shini. Always such great photos, I always truly enjoy them. I love how you pay attention to such detail like the twist of a dress or a tiny ring… and then you show a picture of a doggy splayed out on the floor.

    Some really pieces there! You’re making me count my pennies. Maggie is an absolute cutie… I’ve always thought of myself as a cat person, but my boyfriend’s parents got a French bulldog a few months ago and melted my heart. She’s called Minnie and is a complete darling. Although she farts a lot. Trait of the breed, apparently.

    Love these clothes & LOVE Maggie! It’s weird, Shini, when Kit was dog sitting Scooter I wrote her a whole long email about a Jack Russell I loved (who has since, sadly, expired of old age) – back in NY I had the best job in Soho, doing photoimaging work all day for a greeting card company, my boss – the creative director – had a Jack Russell named MAGGIE. Today when we were walking on Hampstead Heath we saw a dog – black – just like this but it was a pug. My friends Sherri & Marc have a French bulldog, forgot his name but he’s the cutest thing.

    Anyway – came here to reply to your comment (thank you) re: time management: you’re absolutely right. I think the secret is like with baking, you have to keep in mind that time will expand and allow for the inevitable change of clothes, trying new shampoo – for shit to happen. Because, it does.

    The reason it worked today was I wasn’t ready @ 11:00 sharp – needed 10 minutes. He had built that into the plan: he didn’t want to leave until 11:20, so it worked out fine.

    Is that pink jacket what you wore last week? I loved it. I don’t know DLUX but I’m sure going to be looking for them now. oxo
